Hi, we have changed a few things about the weekend but not the date July 1st, 2nd, 3rd and leaving on the 4th and not the place, Meadow Lake Saskatchewan! (Lions Park on the south edge of Meadow off Hwy # 4. You will need to register at the tourist booth (by the Museum) off 9th avenue and Hwy #4. But please pay Brad as the sites have been prepaid. The sites are $20.00 per night.
We have decided to have a pig roast on Friday night ( and if this falls through -don't worry we have alternate plans.) If you belong to the Roger Stevenot family, bring salad or veggies. If you belong to Alex Stevenot family bring dessert. Don't worry, don't feel left out, you'll get a chance to contribute on Saturday night as we pool our resources for supper and eat together again.

We are planning a silent auction again this year to help pay for expenses so if you have a special talent or something to contribute bring it on. Saturday for that!
Also don't forget to bring your family updates make a few copies and we'll pass them out to go in the binders from last time.

We can go golfing please just call Brad ahead of time so we can book tee times. Our campsites back onto the golf course, very convenient. Roy has offered his float boat for fishing at Green Lake. There is a swimming pool and outdoor spray park. Fireworks on July 1st and possibly entertainment in the park. We are really looking forward to getting together and catching up, hope all you will be able to make it.

2010 Stevenot Reunion

Hi, we are moving into high technology. Imagine a Stevenot blog.

July 1st, 2nd, 3rd in Meadow Lake!
At the Lion's Park on the south edge of Meadow Lake.

A few things we have planned:

  • Group breakfast on Friday and Saturday morning.
  • Group supper on Saturday evening.
  • We will have the meat, every family bring a salad and dessert.
  • Each family should bring their family update with about 20 copies to hand out to each family.
  • Our Campsite back onto the Meadow Lake Golf course and if we have enough interest we can book tee times. Let us know early.
  • The Lions Park has two play areas with swings, slides etc. for the smaller children, a nice walking path and ball diamonds. We will have a horseshoe pit set up.
  • Meadow Lake has a beautiful pool, sauna & hot tub and outdoor spray park as well.
  • We have been offered the opportunity to take a fishing day to Green Lake as well.
  • If you choose to drop in for the day, cost is $10.00/person
  • Back by popular demand is the Silent Auction so start thinking about that. Home made items or something around the house. The money raised will help offset the food costs.
  • Everyone is responsible for their own camping fees and extra entertainment (i.e. golfing, swimming, etc.) Food related costs will be divided up after we see the outcome of the Silent Auction.
  • Bring lawn chairs, outdoor games, (bocce, croquet etc.).
  • Check out the City of Meadow Lake website: http://www.meadowlake.ca for a list of hotels, information about Meadow Lake Provincial park and much more.

This site is open for any suggestions or if you would like to let us know that you are coming, if you are interested in golfing etc. We want to hear from you! Give us ideas!
